I've now have my new clinic open in the Sherwood Family Medical Practice.
The clinic is downstairs in the modern Sherwood clinic and is completely paperless. It uses the OSCAR Electronic Medical Record to keep track of patient consults, prescriptions, letters, and results.
The contact details for the clinic are:

this is an excellent idea and inline with our currently advanced technologies.....I wish my Doctor's office was as equipped, as the administration of most medical offices around here are atrocious!
I think this is a good idea going paperless but I do have some concerns about it...What would happen if we had a power outage for a day or more...Does that mean your patients will have to wait until the power is restored before you can see them or if a refill is required on a patients medication etc.? I am wondering if you have given these circumstances any thought, and if so, what type of backup you have in store if there was a major blackout. I will wait for your response. Thank you...

Thank you for your comments, Mary.
We have battery backup units which protect our data in the event of a power outage.
However, like most other businesses we would shut during a prolonged power outage. We require not just computers to function, but lighting, telephones (our switchboard box requires power), fax machines, and our elevator to get patients to us.
We are not an emergency service, so the only problem would be inconvenience for our patients.
I've been practicing computer-dependent care for over 12 years now, and this does happen but it is pretty unusual.
The benefits of a computerised clinic far outweigh the risk of this inconvenience.
If I have an appointment for 2 pm and I check the site before I leave home and you are running 37 mins. behind.. do I still go for 2pm? Or can I wait until 2:30!?!?
You can wait until 2.30.
Some patient report they went to Starbucks and kept an eye on the appointment times on their iPhone.
Obviously, sometimes we can catch up suddenly if a few patients don't show up in a row for example.
However, if that happens simply explain why you have turned up at 2.30 to the receptionist when you arrive.
