To book an appointment

Call our reception team on 894-7369 to book an appointment.

We have invested in a high capacity telephone system to help patients get through to us on the telephone.  You may hear a recorded message telling you you are in a queue.  If so, please stay on the line until the next available receptionist can answer your call.

New patients will be asked to make an appointment with a Nurse or Technician for your Initial Appointment. This is to check all of your computer information and organize any screening measurements and tests.

If you did not register all your health information online, you may be asked to attend one or more additional appointments with a Practice Nurse or Health Care Technician before seeing the doctor.

On the day of your appointment:

We make every effort to keep waiting times down. The average waiting time to be seen over the last 7 days was . However, we do give priority to patients who need time with the doctor, and longer waits are possible. You should allow 1 to 2 hours for your visit from start to finish. You can check the current waiting times online before you set out.
  1. Ask which Nurse / Technician you are checked in with when making your appointment (it will also be written be on your appointment card)
  2. Monitor the waiting time screen from home, work, coffee shop etc. before attending for your appointment.
  3. If your Nurse / Technician is running behind, then you can delay coming in for your appointment.
  4. Tell reception you are checking in late because you were monitoring the waiting times screen.

Waiting times can change suddenly, especially just after lunch, so keep a close eye on the monitor.

Missed Appointments

A missed appointment is an appointment that was not available to another patient, so if you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know at least one business day before.

Over the last month, patients did not show up for their appointments. That's % of our total booked appointments.

We charge a fee for No Shows or short notice cancellations (less than 24 hours notice).
