Phoenix Medical Practice has closed down due to lack of funding and is no longer able to accept patients.
Our aim is to ensure that no-one is without a family physician. This means that we will try very hard never to close our doors to new patients. Instead, as the practice grows we plan to add more doctors to cope with the increasing workload.

Registration is instant, and you will be sent a confirmation email within 10 minutes.
Once you have registered, you will be asked to print out, sign, and return your registration form. You will also be asked to book an initial appointment with one of our Practice Nurses to complete your registration.
We accept as patients all PEI residents who are currently listed by the province as being without a family physician.
